Constant vacuum in stripping column.

Anti-scaling chemicals are not required in cooling water.

No Softening plant is required.

RO reject & ETP treated water can be used as make up water in cooling tower, thus reduction of effluent load of plant and saving fresh water equivalent to RO reject & ETP treated water used in cooling tower.

Water consumption in cooling tower is reduced by 25%-30% due to increase of COC and reduction in blow down.

There is zero scale in condenser and other coolers, but in normal chemical water treatment, scale deposition takes place, which decreases not only the plant efficiency causing high cost of production , but sometimes plant load has to be reduced.

No shutdown of plant is required for cleaning of condenser tubes , In normal condition , shut down of plant is required frequently to clean the condenser tubes Chemically (Caustic Circulation) / Mechanical Drilling ,as the case may be.

Cost of manpower, Chemicals, Loss of production for large number of day’s shutdown is saved every year.

Due to repeated cleaning of the hard scales in tubes with rod, the tube surface becomes weak and prone to leakage. Any leak in condenser/cooler causes shutdown of minimum three days and adds cost of replacing tubes.
